1. Donations
All donations made to Re‑Claim and Rise™ Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are non-refundable.
Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and supports our mission to provide elite mental performance training and coaching to underserved communities.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Guided Meditations, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file or product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email/app.
If you experience technical issues, please reach out to us within 14 days for troubleshooting or redelivery.
3. Cohorts, Coaching Sessions, & Certification Program Fees
Refunds for coaching, training cohorts, or certification programs are considered on a case-by-case basis:
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the program start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are generally non-refundable, but credit may be applied toward a future program.
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun or sessions have been delivered, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or approved extenuating circumstances.

4. Workshops and Events
If you register for a Re‑Claim and Rise™ event and cannot attend:
You may request a refund up to 5 days prior to the event, minus processing fees.
No-shows or cancellations within 5 days are not eligible for a refund.
You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant with written notice.
5. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Re‑Claim and Rise™ Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment gateways.
