Each RPM pillar—React, Pace, and Motivate—forms the core of our curriculum. This book is issued to participants in 4-week and 12-week mental performance cohorts, where it serves as both a reading guide and a tool for emotional regulation, identity anchoring, and long-term transformation.

Whether in the hands of a probation client, a firefighter battling burnout, or a student-athlete learning to manage pressure—Re-Claim and Rise™ equips individuals to lead from within, no matter their past or present circumstances.

Books and educational materials offered through our website are typically mission-support purchases, where proceeds directly fund Foundation initiatives. While these items are not traditional retail goods, we want supporters to receive them in good condition.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund:

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The wrong item was shipped

• The package is lost or undelivered due to shipping error

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Refund:

Because purchases primarily support our charitable mission:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Used or opened items

• Digital products/downloads

• Personalized or signed copies

• Shipping delays outside our control

are not eligible for return or refund.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement copy rather than a monetary refund.

Books, educational materials, and related resources offered through our website are distributed as part of our mission-support fundraising efforts. Proceeds directly fund our programs and services.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During peak seasons, special events, or fundraising campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer. Bulk or large orders may also require additional preparation time.

You will receive tracking information when available once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location.

Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, and destination to ensure timely and economical delivery.

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has shipped.

• Expedited Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

International Shipping

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is managed by that shipping provider. However, we will assist supporters in resolving issues whenever possible.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
• Provide your order number and details of the issue
• Photos may be required for damaged items

Eligible shipments may qualify for a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

Re-Claim and Rise Foundation is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Reshipment fees may apply if a package is returned due to address errors.

Bulk or Partner Orders

Schools, donors, sponsors, and partner organizations placing bulk or group orders are encouraged to contact us directly. We may be able to coordinate special shipping arrangements, timelines, or discounted rates.
