Welcome to the Re-Claim and Rise Foundation. By purchasing items, registering for programs, or making donations through our website, you agree to the following Store Policies and Terms of Service.
Re-Claim and Rise Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming mindsets, unlocking leadership, and expanding opportunity for youth and workforce communities. Many products and resources offered through this site serve as fundraising tools that directly support our charitable programs.
Because of this mission-driven structure, transactions may differ from traditional retail purchases. Please review the policies below carefully.
1. Nature of Purchases
Books, educational materials, workshops, and related resources offered through our website are considered mission-support or fundraising purchases.
Proceeds directly fund Foundation initiatives, community programs, and operational expenses that advance our charitable purpose.
In some cases, purchases may be treated in whole or in part as charitable contributions under applicable law.
2. Donations
All donations, sponsorships, and gifts are voluntary charitable contributions.
• Donations are non-refundable
• Donations cannot be returned or exchanged
• Tax receipts are issued at the time of contribution
If you believe a donation was submitted in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or fraudulent activity), please contact us within 7 days. We will review and correct legitimate errors at our discretion.
3. Returns & Refunds (Books and Merchandise)
We want every supporter to receive items in good condition while protecting the Foundation’s resources.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will replace or refund items if:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was shipped
• The package is lost due to a carrier error
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Photos may be required.
Not Eligible for Refund
The following are generally not eligible:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Used or opened items
• Personalized or signed copies
• Digital downloads
• Shipping delays outside our control
At our discretion, we may provide a replacement instead of a monetary refund.
4. Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Bulk orders may require additional time.
Shipping Methods
We ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on reliability and cost efficiency. Tracking information is provided when available.
Delivery Estimates
• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect addresses. Reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Report issues within 14 days of expected delivery. We will assist with carrier claims and may provide replacements when appropriate.
5. Digital Products
All digital products, downloads, and online materials are final sale.
Because digital content cannot be returned, refunds are not available once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues, we will provide support.
6. Events, Workshops, and Programs
Program and event fees support planning and staffing costs.
• Cancellations 7+ days prior may receive a refund or credit
• Cancellations within 7 days are generally non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable
Transfers may be allowed upon request.
7. Recurring Donations or Subscriptions
Recurring donations may be canceled at any time.
• Future charges can be stopped
• Previously processed payments are non-refundable
Requests should be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
8. Use of Website
By using this website, you agree to:
• Provide accurate purchase and contact information
• Use the site for lawful purposes only
• Not misuse, copy, or exploit content without permission
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, programs, and educational materials, is the property of the Re-Claim and Rise Foundation and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Re-Claim and Rise Foundation is not liable for:
• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Indirect or incidental damages related to purchases
• Events beyond our reasonable control (weather, disasters, service interruptions)
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
11. Policy Discretion
As a charitable organization, we reserve the right to:
• Approve or deny refund requests
• Offer replacements instead of refunds
• Limit repeated or excessive claims
• Update these policies at any time
